We ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA; however, due to drug and safety regulations, we only ship hand sanitizer to addresses in Canada.

Orders placed before 10am PT on a business day will be shipped out the same day.

Our inventory is located at multiple warehouses across Canada and the USA, meaning sometimes your order will actually arrive the same day.

However, shipping times may vary depending on stock levels at each warehouse. You should expect anywhere from 1 to 7 business days.

Unless otherwise written on the product detail page, once you receive your order, you have 30 days to begin the returns/exchanges process.

Here are some rules and exceptions:

• Dispensers and Diffusers must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Essential Oils must be unused and unopened. This means that the seal on the outer box must still be intact.
• Due to shipping and drug safety regulations, we cannot accept any hand sanitizer or hand soap returns. We highly suggest you try our sample packs before committing to the larger bottles.
