Orders placed on velnue.ca ship only to Canadian addresses. For USA orders, please visit velnue.com.

Anticipated Shipping Dates
- 50ml Travel Size bottles are now shipping!
- July 30: 350ml bottles and 1L Refills
- August 30: Orders containing dispensers
*Please note that these are not guaranteed dates. Your order may ship out before or after. No matter what, you're always welcome to cancel your order any time before your order ships, receiving a full refund.
Orders Over 60 CAD Ship for Free
Orders under that threshold have a flat rate of 9.95 CAD.
Dispenser Returns
You can return your New and Unused dispenser within 45 days of receiving for full refund. Just email us at smile@velnue.com for return instructions.
Dispenser 90-Day Warranty
If your dispenser stops working due to a manufacturer's defect, we'll send you a new one. Simple as that.
Sanitizer Returns
Unfortunately due to shipping and safety regulations, we cannot accept any hand sanitizer returns.
Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders
You may cancel your velnue.ca order at any time before shipping. Simply email us at smile@velnue.com with your order number and the name on the order, and we'll cancel the order right away.
